    おそらく、ロールケーキブーム以前にロールケーキの美味しさで有名だったのが、このニュードラゴンさんだと思います。繊細でしっとりとしたスポンジに、甘すぎない美味しい生クリーム。食べても送っても喜ばれる逸品です。

    別府駅から海側の新宮通り近くにあります。店内はアットホームな感じでお洒落な飾り付けです。金曜日の夜9時過ぎの訪問でショーケースは流石に残り少なかったけど、長いエクレアを発見。店員さんき聞くとお店一押しとのことで迷わずお土産で購入。エクレアの味はコーヒークリームで美味しく目測30cmのエクレアを頂きました。値段も400円切ってたのでお土産にはお薦めです。

A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths.
