有名な建築家のデザインと聞いていましたが、車内から最初に見て感激しましたが、宿泊しても感激度は持続しましま。素晴らしい施設でした。水着での歩行浴も体験しました。お料理も繊細で、素敵なひとときになりました。

"This day-use hot spring bathhouse, a five-minute drive from Bungo-Taketa Station, can be reached by heading southwest from the Aiai Intersection in Taketa City and taking the first right. Bustling with local residents and other customers, facilities for customers to enjoy include large indoor and outdoor baths as well as a walking bath, electric bath, and low temperature sauna. The bathhouse' baths are supplied with free-flowing clear, odorless waters from a source spring which have a nice texture. Another great thing about the bathhouse is its abundant variety of baths, which also includes a whirlpool bath, cascade bath, and jacuzzi. The bathhouse sets up a salt sauna every Friday, and holds a lottery event on ""bath day"" on the 26th of every month."

翌日の久住山への一休み、移動の途中で見つけた日帰り温泉、国道からの入り口が余りにも地味で通り過ぎましたが、カーナビ頼り有りました。まばらに来られた地元の方に混じって、外来も地元と同じY400。露天、ミストサウナ、歩行浴、電気風呂、ぬるめの温泉は長湯にも良く、のんびりしました。

This public bathhouse is a five-minute walk from JR Yufuin Station. Situated along one of the city's main streets, the bathhouse is a favorite destination for tourists as well as locals. You can pay your entry fee by putting money in the box under the statue of Bhaisajyaguru at the entrance. The bathhouse makes use of a colorless, odorless, mildly alkaline simple hot spring. Both the men's and women's bathing areas have two baths of different temperatures, ensuring those who don't like very hot baths need not worry. There's a reception hall on the second floor which can be used for a separate fee. The bathhouse sells shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and towels.

JR久大本線由布院駅からほど近い場所にある日帰り温泉です。料金は建物に入ってすぐにある薬師如来像にお賽銭の形で支払います。湯は湯布院の湯らしい単純泉がかけ流し。メタケイ酸の含有量も高く、しっとりとした浴感です。

This day-use hot spring bathhouse, a 30-minute drive from the Kokonoe Interchange on the Oita Expressway, is located in Chojabaru in the center of the Handa Highland. Situated on the second floor of a rest stop on the side of the Yamanami Highway, the windows of the bathhouse' bathing rooms offer a sweeping view of the Kuju Mountain Range. The bathhouse' baths are supplied with free-flowing water straight from a Chojabaru Onsen hot spring. The bathhouse is located near the starting point of trails leading up Mt. Kuju, Mt. Mitsumata, Mt. Taisen, and other mountains in the Kuju Mountain Range, and during climbing season it bustles with climbers. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and the chicken tempura combo meal and dangojiru dumpling soup combo meal are particularly popular. In addition, there is a free footbath outside.

"This day-use hot spring bathhouse is a five-minute drive from Beppu Station and 10-minutes from Beppu International Tourism Port. According to legend, after a hot spring was dug up, much thought was put into what to do with it, and when it was decided to use it for hot spring bathing, the bathhouse was built in a single night; in turn, it is nicknamed the ""One Night Hot Spring."" After moving to its current location, it became such a fixture of the local community, it is said that most residents in the area had their very first bath as a baby here. The waters of the bathhouse' simple hot spring are said to treat various symptoms deriving from excess stress."

旧国道沿いの角にある、独立した古風な建物がなげし温泉。110円を払い、すぐ横の引戸を開けた暖簾の向こうはもう風呂場。インパクト大です。3面がガラス窓で明るく、なかなか風情のある温泉に浸かることができます。ラドンを含む42℃ほどの単純泉です。

"This day-use hot spring bathhouse is just a short distance down the road forking south from the Osugi Iwamoto-shi-taku-mae bus stop. The waters of the bathhouse' natural alkaline simple spring are said to treat such ailments as nerve pain and stiff shoulders, as well as to beautify the skin. The bathhouse has two indoor bathing areas, one with a stone bath and one with a hinoki cypress bath; which is the men's area and which the women's alternates on a monthly basis. The bathhouse also has two outdoor baths, one a rock bath and one a ""goemonburo"" bath filled with cold water. There's also the Tororoan restaurant on the grounds, which serves cuisine primarily made using local heritage chicken, such as charcoal broiled chicken. The bathhouse is also replete with parking, making it easily accessible by car."

This leisure facility is located on the side of the road just north of where the Name River and Prefectural Route 602 intersect. In addition to offering outdoor activities such as barbecuing and fishing, the facility also provides lodging via auto camping and rentable log houses. Here visitors can take in the great outdoors and do things like watch fireflies in June, have fun insect hunting in summer, and take in fall foliage in autumn. In addition, the facility has a bathhouse, open to non-guests as well, whose baths are filled with the waters of a hydrogen carbonate spring said to treat such ailments as rheumatism and lower back pain. These waters can also be drunk for additional health benefits.

This public hot spring bathhouse stands on the Oita River a short distance from the Yunotsubo Kaido. The historic bathhouse, whose name even appears in Edo period publications, was remodeled in 1995. Customers can enjoy a relaxing soak in a bath with a hinoki cypress rim which is supplied with free-flowing water from a colorless spring said to help bathers have children. The bathhouse is unstaffed and customers enter by putting their money in a collection box outside. Members of a management association, however, clean the bathhouse daily, ensuring that it is neat and clean. Note that the bathhouse has no towels, soap, or other amenities, so be sure to bring your own.

The bathhouse' baths are supplied with free-flowing water from a simple hot spring. The bathhouse' indoor bath can also be used as a private bath, and from its large windows bathers can take in the area's beautiful scenery.
