    This soba noodle restaurant is located in the Sanso Murata, a high-class inn. Here you can enjoy authentic, handmade soba noodles crafted with Yufuin spring water and buckwheat flour ground in-house using buckwheat from Nagano. In addition to standards such as kake soba hot noodles in broth and kitsune soba noodles served in a hot broth and topped with aburaage deep-fried tofu, the restaurant also serves hot soba noodles topped with a heaping helping of finely shredded spring onions and stewed Berkshire pork chashu fillets. You can also enjoy tempura and an oyakodon chicken and egg over rice set meal made with local heritage chicken. Customers can enjoy a view of the Yufuin Basin from the restaurant's terrace seating area, so be sure to sit here when the weather's nice.

    中津にもあります丸亀製麺・・・ 丸亀製麺中津店。 肉ごぼうぶっかけを大で注文。いなりとトリ天もお皿に取り席へ。 肉ごぼうぶっかけは、肉ごぼうの汁が出汁を少し辛くさせてる感がありました。温でしたが、コシがあり美味しかったです。

    日曜11時に行きました。初めてだったのでシステムがわからずに前の人の動きを観察。オープン時にはすでに警備員がいて、入店の声かけを車まできてしてくれました。好きなうどんを選んで天ぷらなどのトッピングを自分でとって精算で早いし、美味しかったです。一人で来ている人も多くてまた利用したいです。

    丸亀製麺と言えば麺のこしと出汁、かき揚げなどの揚げ物。ハズレなく美味しくいただきました。かき揚げがサクサクで美味しいのですが、もう少し小さい方がいいといつも思います。2車線道路沿いなので、市内からだと通り過ぎて次の信号でＵターンする必要があるのが難点ですが、中央分離帯が多い大分市はどこの店も同様で仕方ないですね。

    わざわざ遠くても通うお蕎麦屋さんです。温かいそばのスープのお出汁の味に癒されて、麺も美味しい山菜そばは、お気に入りです。 店内のBGMがいい雰囲気を醸し出しています。 そば茶を出してくれます。ついでに、店内で売ってある、そばの茶葉とそばのかりんとうは、必ずお持ち帰りします。

    長者原にお店がぽつんとあります。メニューは盛りそばのみです。蕎麦が来るまで生ワサビを鮫皮ですりすりして準備します。蕎麦粉は北海道産で、美味しかったです。最後は蕎麦湯専用に作った蕎麦湯が出てきてクリーミーな蕎麦湯を頂きました。

A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths.
