    Rokusei Cold Noodle Specialty Shop is distinctive for its strong-bodied yet tasting-good-going-down noodles. The chashu pork and kimchi ingredients are top class, and the combination of domestic beef and soup stock carefully created with thick-leafed konbu is exquisite. Aside from reimen cold noodles, they also serve unmen (a type of somen without added oil) and ramen. It is a 12-minute walk from JR Higashi Beppu Station.

    冷麺をいただきました。麺がけっこう硬めな印象が強かったです。スープは醤油味でとってもあっさり。トッピングはチャーシュー2枚とピリ辛のキャベツの酢漬け。麺にそば粉が入っているようで麺の色が灰色ががってる。そばの香りや味はほとんどしない、つるっとした硬めの麺。かなり硬めな麺が食べにくく感じたのでこの評価ですが、別府冷麺はこんな感じなのではと思います。

In addition, the establishment offers a variety of set meals; the toriten chicken tempura set meal is a local Oita treat. Set meals can be ordered until 10:00 p.m.

    후쿠오카 본점 맛이랑 다릅니다... 국물이 달라요.. 관광하러 오셔서 방문예정이라면 절대 비추 입니다 길도 어렵고 위치도 안좋아요 택시도 잘 안잡힐뿐더러 렌트해서 가기도 어려운 위치 입니다 차라리 역근처 라면집을 가세요 친구들과 방문했다 실망만 하고 갑니다 새벽3시까지 영업합니다 24시간 아니에요

    醤油・みそなどのベースにあっさり・こってりやトッピングを自分で組み合わせるタイプのラーメン屋でした。こってり醤油を選びましたが組み合わせが悪かったのかイマイチでした。チャーシューも臭みがあって美味しくない…次回利用できる無期限クーポンをもらいましたが多分もう行かないと思います。

    デフォルトの豚骨魚介醤油以外に醤油、塩とあります。どのラーメンもしっかり作り込んであって美味しいです。店前に駐車場は2台分しかありませんが、店の裏手に有料の駐車場があります。

    オーパという商業施設の中に入っているラーメン屋さんですが、こちらはなんといっても担担麺が絶品です。担担麺は好きですが、こちらはカレーを加えているとのことで、他では味わえない奥深い味でした。

    店の外観が田舎にあるにもかかわらず、英語併記など、ちょっと変わった感じ。かなり迷った後に入店。ラーメンを食べるが、味はうーん。スープがぬるい上謎の甘さ、チャーシューは焼肉のタレの味。私の好みではなかったかな。

    しょうゆ系もありますが、札幌味噌ラーメンがメインのお店です。にんにくのパンチが効いたスープにつるつるした縮れ麺。ちょうどギョーザが半額の日で持ち帰りのお客さんもいました。お子様ラーメンはしょうゆ系のわかめたっぷりラーメンにオレンジジュースが付いて500円。おばちゃんがマイペースでいいキャラしてます。
