    The restaurant is actually along a back alley but with google map, I found it pretty easily. At arrived early for lunch around 11:30am, so it was not crowded, only 1 other guest when I arrived. So...

    友人から優しい味の塩ラーメンなの！って聞いて食べに行きました。 大分には塩ラーメンを出すところが少なくてどんなものかと思ったら塩の中に出汁の味もしっかりあって美味しかったです。 今月のラーメンというものもあり、毎月違うラーメンを出す工夫もしてました。 個人的には水餃子が好みでした。 塩バターラーメンのバターはカルピスバター使用だったので、バターがさっぱりな感じでよかったです。

A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths.
