The restaurant's lunch meals, which come with soup and salad, are particularly popular, and include pizza with a handmade crust and fresh mozzarella cheese from Italy. The restaurant's dinner courses are reservation only; made with an abundance of seasonal ingredients, their content varies by time of year.     サーラカリーナ瀬の本店 当日だったのでコースは間に合わないと言うことでしたので事前にお電話でおすすめの物をお願いしました。アラカルトで前菜、パスタ、メイン料理、デザートを頂きました。アラカルトは初めてでしたが、いつもよりボリュームがあり、ダイナミックで お味も大変良く作られていました。

    中心街から少し離れますが、見つけられます。サラダガレットがとても大きくて二人用かとびっくりました。大満足です。ヨーグルトアイスも大きくておいしそうでした。

The Ranpusya Set meal has been the restaurant's popular choice since its inception; the meal can be ordered with a Bungo beef hamburg steak dripping with the delicious juices Japanese wagyu beef is known for. You can also choose among different sauces, such as a Japonaise sauce or demi-glace sauce, and the meal also comes with a seasonal salad and dessert.     Need to walk up hill. It is located nearby the lake. We ordered beef yakiniku and crab croquette set. They are superb. The price is reasonable. The view is also stunning. Low traffic which is good...

    リンガーハットの一番のお気に入りは皿うどん、私は太麺ではなく細麺、甘めの餡に沢山の野菜や魚介類やお肉、最初はパリパリなんだけど、徐々に食べ手のペースに合わせて段々柔らかくなり、最後には餡の具になると言うか、餡の具の一部になってしまうと言うしおらしさ、うーんいいねー

    1月２日に訪問しました。流石に正月もありランチ時間帯は大渋滞なので時間をずらして。野菜たっぷりチャンポン740円を食べましたが安定したスープでした。

A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths.
