    国道１０号と２１２号が交差する東南に位置しています。旧三光村のイオン。耶馬渓行く前のツイデ寄りや梨酒など地酒、バラマキ用お土産漁りに適しています。中津といえばからあげ。から揚げ弁当を求めて食品コーナーに足を運びましたが、特段、から揚げが充実している訳ではありませんので悪しからず。結局、幕の内弁当にしました。

    JAの施設で、昔の赤レンガの倉庫が利用された直売所です。レトロな雰囲気が周囲の環境にうまくマッチしています。中はあまり広くはないですが、地元の野菜が新鮮で、鮮魚までありました。見るから新鮮だったので、その日のうちに自宅に帰って刺身で食べたら大変美味しい魚でした。もちろん野菜も新鮮です。隣接してとうふ工房もあり販売しています。田舎とうふで、これも美味しかったです。

A trip to Oita is tantamount to a long soak in the Beppu baths.
