    A yakiniku Japanese-style grill-it-yourself barbecue restaurant adjoining a roadside station located at the foot of Mt. Aso. Taking pride in its use of Aka beef, a local specialty product raised on the abundant grasslands of southern Aso, here customers can enjoy tender, lean, flavorful meat. This meat is particularly popular with women because it has just the right amount of fat and doesn't make you feel heavy even after eating a lot of it. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows provide diners with a panoramic view of the naturally beautiful Aso area, and the scenery created by the outer crater rim and mountain foot is quite popular. The sight of the famous Isshingyo Sakura Tree in full bloom in spring is also stunning. In the restaurant's meat shop, you can purchase meat to take home with you.

    ほとんど満杯に近い駐車場からあか牛の館に行くと、まだ窓側の席が残っていて安堵した。窓越しの阿蘇五岳を眺めながら柔らかくて口の中でとろけるあか牛の焼肉を堪能した。たくさん食べてもちっとも胸やけがしなかった。

    テーブルに内蔵された七輪で肉を焼くスタイルの居酒屋さんです。 換気扇はありますが、基本、回転していないので、かなり煙い状態を味わうことができます。 タレは、ホルモンに合わせて作られているため、ホルモンが最高に美味しいです。 建物が古いため、基本、婆ちゃん家で飲んでる感じがノスタルジックで居心地が良いです。

    帰省すると、熊本市在住の姉夫婦にいつも連れていってもらう彦しゃん。 予約が可能で、新鮮な豚肉をたっぷり頂けます。タンも分厚く、ホルモンがプリプリで、自家製タレが激ウマです。買って帰ることもできます。 阿蘇の帰りにどうぞ。

    地元で評判と聞いて行ってみました。 お店のお客は多くて地元リピーターらしき人も多いです。 とにかくお店は汚すぎて、料理も大丈夫か？といった雰囲気です。味はタレが美味しかったので、覚悟して行ける方はいいかもしれません

    美味しい料理がふんだんに並んでいます。可もなく不可もなくの店は多いですが、ここは本当においしい。特に白菜の白和えは絶品。地域がら、少しハエが飛んでいるのはしかたないかなと思います。でも、なぜ、喫煙可なの？こんなおいしい店で、わざわざ隣の方の白煙を吸わなきゃいけませんか。せめて、分煙でもしてもらえればもっともっと足を運びたいのに。
