    "Located approximately 15 minutes via the Nagasaki Dejima Road (Oranda-zaka Tunnel) from JR Nagasaki Station, this seafood restaurant specializes in plenty of seasonal natural live fish that can be caught in Tachibana Bay that opens before your eyes. All of the 17 large and small 17 rooms face the sea, and you can dine with a view of the bay. The menu differs depending on the season, with specialties such as ""koebi no odorigui"" (live shrimp) served from April to January, and ""hamo tsukushi"" (pike conger dishes) served from June to July respectively. The ""hamayaki"" that can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons also changes depending on the seasons and weather."

    伊勢海老解禁に併せて行ってきました。８月の本当の終わりぐらいからこの野母崎エリアでは伊勢海老まつりが開かれてるのです。毎年日付が変わりますので事前に調べて行って下さい。私にとって旅行の目的となる素晴らしい伊勢海老です。写真は最後の伊勢海老のお味噌汁ですが、伊勢海老のお刺身も超絶絶品です。

    鯛めしと地元で採れた魚料理と、日本酒が豊富な店です。普段、食べられない様な旬の魚が食べられます。小さな店ですけど美味しくいただきました。締めは鯛めしが定番です。

    中華料理を中華街で堪能した日の夜は、やはり日本食になりました。長崎最終日の夕食は、銅座に行きました。昼間に食べすぎたので軽めの食事を探していたら、この店を見つけて入りました。「海鮮丼」をいただきました。ネタは種類が多く、プリプリした食感で新鮮さを感じます。特に海老は甘みがあって美味しかったです。チェーン店のようですが、手軽に利用できるお店だと思います。

    炉端焼きのししゃも焼きとじゃがバターはとても美味しかったですね。珍味だったのは鯨のオバケです。オバケとは鯨の尾っぽの部分です。酢味噌を付けて頂きます。コリコリっとした歯ごたえが美味でした。
