    This is a traditional Japanese restaurant opened since 1866. Chawanmushi (a savory egg custard) which is a signature dish from the time of the restaurant founding, is a filling dish made in large dishes full of many ingredients. It goes well with slightly sweet steamed sushi and special Battera pressed sushi. It is a large-scale restaurant with many seats, and on the second floor there is on-the-floor seating as well as tables and chairs. It is a four-minute walk from the “Kankodori” tram stop.

    This traditional Japanese restaurant in Nagasaki holds history dating back to the Kanei Era of the Edo Period (Early-mid 1600s) and has been designated a Historic Site of the prefecture. Famous as a meeting place for rebels and writers during the Edo and Meiji periods, the banquet hall on the second floor still bears a slash from the sword of Sakamoto Ryoma. Here you can enjoy the grace of the restaurant and traditional Japanese-Chinese food while looking over an approximately 2,650 square meters Japanese garden. The restaurant is a seven-minute walk from the Sofukuji-Temple stop on the Nagasaki Streetcar.

    A reservation only restaurant located in Hama-cho, Goto City. Using sunken irori hearths in an old fashioned, thatch roof building, the restaurant serves piping hot, robata style grilled Goto brand Goto SPF Biton pork, Japanese black beef, and seafood delights from Goto like Japanese spiny lobster. There's also small sides, onigiri rice balls, and Goto udon noodles made with Goto grown ingredients.

    ボリュームがありおいしいお好み焼きでした。海鮮系が人気のようですがシンプルに豚玉を頂きました。混雑していました。

Here customers can enjoy nigiri sushi made from an entire horse mackerel from the restaurant's own fish tank; as well as ikizukuri (preparing sashimi from live seafood) made with transparent squid; and Nagasaki herb mackerel, a Nagasaki brand variety of seafood fed on a unique blend of herbs. During lunchtime, the restaurant offers gozen meals that come with stewed saw-edged perch (arani), sashimi, tempura, or sushi.

    "This Japanese restaurant is where you can enjoy fried foods, sushi, multi-course meals, as well as the Isahaya specialty ""Rakuyaki unagi"" (grilled and steamed eel). It offers year-round seasonal tastes of Isahaya blessed with seafood and mountain vegetables. Isahaya grilled eel is characterized by being steamed in a double-bottomed rakuyaki ware vessel after being grilled, and you can enjoy its enchanting plumpness. Their ""una-zen"" (eel rice dish) served in the same earthenware is highly recommended. Their pressed sushi ""Isahaya sushi,"" which is a combination of sushi rice with shiitake mushrooms, dried gourd and other ingredients topped with grilled eel, is the best choice for a souvenir that cannot be tasted anywhere else."

    蒸したような柔らかい鰻の店。 鰻だけではなく、米どころの諫早だけあり、ご飯も非常に美味い。一杯が数なめなのでおかわりすると、漬け物も付いてきた。

    からあげグランプリで金賞を取ったお店ということで来ました。串にささってる手羽は、あんまり見た事ないですね。評判通り、ジューシーでスパイシーな手羽です。ビールとの相性も抜群ですね。
