- This sushi restaurant is located in Shin-machi, Hirado City. They offer nigiri sushi and chirashi sushi using seasonal seafood from Hirado, sets meals and courses with sashimi and tempura, seafood rice bowls and ochazuke (green tea over rice), and a la carte dishes. There are many menu items mainly featuring one of the country's leading catches of flounder such as a flounder course, flounder rice bowl and flounder ochazuke, and you can get the taste of natural flounder for a limited price from mid-January to the end of March during the Hirado Flounder Festival.

- This longstanding sushi restaurant, in business for over 50 years, is just a couple doors down from Sai Shrine. Specializing in local seafood caught in the Genkai Sea, the restaurant also has on-site fish tanks, ensuring you'll always be able to savor sushi and seafood rice bowls made with the freshest toppings no matter when you come. The establishment also offers many seasonal delicacies, including sea urchin in spring and kanburi Japanese amberjack in winter. The hearty and filling 10-piece seafood rice bowl is particularly popular and is piled high with so many toppings, you can't even see the rice underneath. In addition to six counter seats, the restaurant also has private dining and banquet areas and can be used for a variety of parties and events.
