The restaurant's ramen consists of the establishment's own original straight, medium fine noodles combined with a light, 100% tonkotsu broth made with pork bones stewed at ultra-high pressure in a short time with underground Kiyama spring water. The restaurant also accepts orders for takeout starting from a single saving of ramen and also sells only noodles, only broth, and a five savings of ramen and donburi rice bowl combo.

- A cafe located close to the Hiratsuka intersection along Prefectural Route 17 in Shuku-machi, Tosu City. The cafe's abundant array of parfaits, prepared by the hands of the owner, are made with chocolate and ice cream that is also homemade. The limited time parfaits, made with seasonal fruit, are particularly popular. The cafe also serves homemade pancakes and other sweets, and, for lunch and dinner, dishes like pastas, pizza, and a Saga beef hamburg steak sandwich.

- A shop where you can enjoy superb noodles including somen, udon, soba, and kodaimen. They're made by the noodle maker Inoue Seimen, which was founded in 1873. It's in an amazing location for a meal with seating that looks down on the Sefuri River. Every year in the summer, they also hold a somen nagashi event where you eat noodles flowing by on a small bamboo waterslide.

神埼はそうめんの産地。すぐ隣の製麺工場で作っている麺を食べさせてくれるのがこのお店。普段めったに食べないが、せっかくなのでにゅう麺を注文したら、これが大正解。美味しかった。

鳥栖のマクドナルドの同じ並びにあるスターバックスです。 道路が四車線あるので反対車線からは入りにくいです。 雰囲気もシックでお洒落です。

休日の昼間は、ドライブスルーがかなり並んでいて、道路にはみでてならんでいる状態です。 店内はきれいですが、駐車場が休日は時間帯によっては空いていません。

こちらのスタバ、九州自動車道、上り、基山ＳＡにあります。スタバは好きなので、こういう場所でも利用できるのはありがたい。カフェラテ、美味しかったです。
