The restaurant prides itself on its use of A5 rank Saga and Imari Wagyu beef. The second-generation owner of the restaurant uses his discerning eye, trained in a butcher’s shop to select ingredients, and the high-quality meat, which is then aged for two weeks, is tender and has a deep flavor. Sitting at a counter seat, customers can enjoy conversing with the chef while watching their meal be flambéed (flaming brandy over food) in front of them. The nearest station is Karatsu Station.
