    A Japanese diner situated along National Route 34 in Shiku, Kitagata-cho, Takeo City. The restaurant's champon, consisting of a rich tonkotsu pork bone broth and a heaping pile of crisp vegetables, has been made according to the same recipe since the establishment first opened its doors in 1949. In addition to champon, the restaurant also serves pork cutlet and other rice bowls as well as udon noodles.

    佐賀ラーメン初体験。地元で人気の「とんこつ一筋！」という感じのお店でした。土曜の午後でしたが、客が途切れず駐車スペースも満杯。具材はとてもシンプル。海苔とチャーシューがデフォルト。自分はさらに生卵入りを選択。それでも650円です。とんこつが溶け出したスープはとろみがあって満足を感じました。

    豚の骨髄がから出た旨味と香りが抜群のこちら。この界隈では比較的新しいお店になるが、老舗の貫禄。素晴らしい。 博多ラーメンより、久留米や佐賀のラーメンが豚骨ラーメンを楽しめる。

    オーソドックスな久留米ラーメンでクセがなくあっさりめ。麺は細麺で固さを選べます。オススメはカタメ。私はバリカタを選択。安いけれども手抜きがあるわけでなくチャーシューも柔らかくてパサつかない。本当のバランス良いです。

    味はふつうだが、客層が悪すぎる。夕方６時くらいなのに酔っぱらって大声でしゃべるのをやめない大人たち、大声で下品なことばを連呼する子供を叱らない親、ふつうの神経をしていると思われる客はごちそうさまとも言わず出て行った。もちろん我々も。
