The facility's pools are heated with excess heat generated by the Saga City Environment Center and include a 25-meter lap pool, movable floor and lazy-river, jacuzzi, and children's pool. Other facilities include a training room, studio, and multipurpose room. There is a multipurpose sports ground and soccer / rugby field on the roof, plus the facility has walking courses.

You must apply to participate in advance. Operation of the pool, hot spring bath, and footbath were suspended due to heavy rains in August of 2019; preparations are underway for re-opening.

    ブンタイ→略称して呼ぶ事が多いですよねぇ、沢山のスポーツ、イベント大会があってます。全国高校生の書道等が記憶が新しい、、、 日頃もバレーボール、テニス等など多くの市民が利用して、、散歩も出来るし、Pokemonもあるし、憩いの総合施設でしょう!

    旧名称は佐賀県体育館。1963年にリコーの創業者・市村清氏の寄贈により開館し、30年を経過してその寄贈者の名前を冠した名称に変更になったそうです。古さを感じさせないユニークな外観が印象的。ただ老朽化に加え、バスケコートが２面とれる広さで客席数は820なので、機能面では限界はあるようです。
