- Fukuoka Pref. Fukuokashihigashiku Sharyou 2-14-28
- “HAKUHAKU” is a museum of Hakata’s food culture which opened by “Fukuya,” the first place to sell spicy cod roe in Japan. It is divided into the five zones of museum, experience workshop, factory observation, cafe and shop. The spicy cod roe creation experience can be reserved up to 5 p.m. three days beforehand, though same-day reservation may be possible depending on the circumstance. It is around a 16-minute walk from JR Yoshizuka Station.

工場見学が楽しい。めんたい作りも体験できるようで、たくさん人が参加してました。レストランの定食は観光地価格で高いです。しかもご飯は炊いてから時間が立っているようで、めちゃくちゃ固かった。
Fukuoka Areas
The most northerly of Kyushu island’s prefectures, Fukuoka comprises castle towns, seaside parks, and Hakata ramen, one of Japan’s most famous noodle dishes. Whether due to its good location or its unique charm, the prefecture’s capital, Fukuoka city, has been voted one of the most desirable places to live in the country - a close-knit community, a thriving food scene, and accessible nature combine for irresistibly laid-back city vibes.
