    "A salt factory located in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture where products such as Mataichi salt are made. Visitors can see how salt is made and purchase a variety of goods, including salt pan boiled eggs; vaunted salt bread; and the ever popular ""Hanashio Pudding,"" sprinkled with salt. In addition, the facility also sells pork cutlet sandwiches and homemade sausage hot dogs together with coffee and seasonal fruit juices."

    またいちの塩のプリンといえば糸島名物です。 とろとろのプリンにカラメルと甘さを引き立てる塩が絶妙で人気ぐあるのも納得の味です。 取り寄せてまで食べたくなるプリンとも言われていますが、実際に食べてみるとそれも納得の味でした。

    旧秋月街道から少し入ったところにあります。紙漉きの体験もできます。朝倉高校の卒業証書を作っているそうです。和紙の卒業証書、それも地元のもの、素晴らしいことです。
