    This gyoza specialty restaurant is located approximately four minutes on foot from Hakata Station, and is always bustling with nearby office workers and families. The bite-size gyoza are handmade, by carefully stretching the dough and wrapping it around the filling made with 14 types of ingredients. The crisp texture and juicy filling are the key to its popularity. The restaurant apparently bakes five thousand of these dumplings in a single day on weekends. They use only a little garlic, so the ladies need not worry, too. There are counter seats and high seats available. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

    一口餃子発祥の店ということでカウンターで。一口餃子に黒豚餃子、とろとろのニラ玉をいただきました。あっさり一口餃子より黒豚餃子の方が好みだったかも。場所柄、煙も可能ですし単価は高めと感じました。締めを食べに移動することにしました。

Customers can enjoy the taste and fragrance of various chicken parts cooking on the charcoal grills, inside a springy dumpling wrap which comes together to make the grilled dumplings. After eating the soup, which has a chicken and pork broth base, customers can complete their meal by using champon noodles and rice gruel to soak up every last drop. The restaurant is approximately seven minutes on foot from the Fukuoka City Subway Kuko Line’s Akasaka Station.

    大名の人気店、看板無く入口が分かりにくく隠れ家的なお店。刺身も新鮮、創作料理も美味しい。定番の炊き餃子はスープも餃子のもっちり食感も最高。

    一番好きな餃子でした。太宰府からの帰りに、薬院で降りて行ってみました。14時くらいに行きましたがかなり席が埋まってました。餃子の大きさがわからなかったので、店員さんに伺いましたが、かなり大きいと聞き、餃子だけ注文しました。ちょうどよかったです。大きな餃子が8個も入ってて、大満足でした。
