Often used for business entertainment, the restaurant is also frequented by tourists.

I came across Yamanaka Honten from various reviews and recommendation. The restaurant is near Yakuin station but the entrance is not obvious. The restaurant was full and we didn’t make reservations...

凄く笑顔の素敵な女将と大将に迎えていただきました。昼は10食限定でしたが、ギリギリセーフでいただきました。ネタは新鮮で美味しく、最後の茶碗蒸しが美味しすぎて感動でした！

刺身やお寿司が安くて美味しいお店ですが、近くの室見川の春の名物「白魚の踊り食い」がメニューに有ったので記念に注文。白魚の踊り食いと言えば室見川沿いの高級料理店でいただくものと思っていましたが、千数百円で食べれます。生きた白魚を金魚すくいの要領ですくって、酢醤油に入れると大暴れ、大暴れする白魚をそのままお口へ、食感の良さと春らしさを感じます。

A conveyor sushi restaurant in Tenjin 2-Chome, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. They serve nearly 50 different types of sushi at reasonable prices all made with fresh seafood from the Genkai -nada Sea procured each morning. The second floor of the restaurant functions as an izakaya pub where you can enjoy dishes made with local seafood paired with local sake from around the country.

福岡バイパス沿いにあって駐車場も完備なので利用しやすいです。またタブレットで注文する形式なので、自分のペースで食事ができます。ランチで入り握りばかりをいただきました。マグロ、ジャンボとろサーモン、ハマチ、〆真サバ、コハダ、生エビ、甘えび、ツブ貝、ホタテです。大手のチェーン店では一番品質も良く美味しいので時々利用しています。平日ランチなら混雑もしませんので、ゆっくりとした食事ができます。
