- This izakaya (Japanese-style pub) is located near Harimaya Bridge. Guests can enjoy delicious cuisine made with local ingredients such as fresh skipjack tuna shipped straight from Kure, Shimantodori chicken, and Towanishiki rice, as well as a selection of local Kochi sakes. Their varied and reasonably-priced lunch menu is also quite attractive.

高知の親戚を訪問した時に、ここで食事をしました。綺麗な店で、カツオ料理や居酒屋メニューがあります。高知のお酒も多く、とても気に入りました。また行きたいと思った店です。

It offers a diverse menu featuring regional cuisine made with freshwater shrimp and other ingredients from the Shimanto River, seafood including skipjack tuna, moray eel, and whale, dishes featuring Shimantodori chicken, and more. One of the pub’s appeals is its elaborate interior, which features theater-inspired fan-shaped counters on the first-floor and seats on the second-floor in which you can get a view of the kitchen on the first-floor through the atrium and the dishes are served from the first-floor using a pulley system.

- This hideaway-style restaurant is secreted in a residential area in Nii, Tosa City in Kochi Prefecture and is run in a distinctive renovated kominka (old house) constructed in Japanese style. The interior is a relaxing Japanese-style space in which you can enjoy meals while looking out onto the carefully tended garden. Menus are mostly set menus with a wide range of cuisine full of the delicious flavors of Tosa such as home-grown fresh vegetables, high-quality meat and locally-caught fish. The table-top barbecued meat and dried fish set menus are popular.

高知市の路面電車が通る通りにある居酒屋さんです。地元の美味しい食材を使ったお店です。コロナ対策も席の間隔も老舗のなので元から余裕あるのか安心です。 魚介系からお肉までとにかく沢山のメニューがあって正直何を頼むか悩むくらい本当に沢山あります。店員も親切ですが唯一思ったのはなかなか注文取りに来ないことだけ(^^) また高知きたら行きたいお店です

丁度日本とサモア戦の日に高知を訪問。インフォメーションセンターでどこでラグビー戦が見れるかを聞きました。丁度１テーブルだけ空いていました。その日はお客さんの８割はラグビー観戦でした。試合は白熱の展開。それに従って我々のビールの消費量もガンガンに増えていきました。日本チームが点を入れる毎に、お客さんが一体となって盛上がりました。

地元の人に連れて行って貰いました。土佐名物のかつおのたたきをはじめ、土佐巻という、鰹のたたきを巻いた高知定番の巻き寿司など、美味しく頂けます！
