They use fresh chicken readied that morning. Try comparing the soft, juicy young chicken with mature chicken which gets more flavorful as you chew. The “bone-in chicken” is a fan favorite, with its spicy punch that takes about 20 minutes of slow grilling upon order. There are also various à la carte dishes like potato salad.

香川県に来たら一鶴でしょということで、お昼少し遅めの時間に訪問しました。 時間が時間だけに店内は比較的空いていました。 私達は、『親どり』と『ひなどり』を注文。やはり美味しいです。 親どりとひなどりを比較して食べるとその歯ごたえの違いが良く分かります。 それぞれの残り汁にむすびを付けて食べると又違う良さがあります。

丸亀に行ったら一鶴へ。泊まっていたルートインから、近くがここのお店。郊外店スタイルで、お店は広々。定番おや鳥をいただきます。嚙みごたえを楽しみながら、おいしくいただきます。ご飯ものは、鶏めしか、おにぎりか、いつも迷います。少し時間をずらして行ったので、良い感じで空いていました。出るときには、結構人が入ってきたので、ご飯どきは少しずらして行くと良いかも。やはり、丸亀では外せないお店、一鶴です！
