You can tour the plant process (crude pickling, mid-pickling, final pickling), taste-testing natural flavors without additives. The pickled items are all magnificent, made by a craftsman using Japan's traditional fermentation technology. 10 minutes by car via Iwakuni Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway.

The handmade waffles with a mild sweetness are loved for their elegant sweetness. Their tamago manju that looks like a cute quail egg and onsen manju with a simple taste are also popular. The shop also sells household goods and Hagi-yaki pottery.
