- This is a coffee shop located in Tonomachi-dori Street, Ushiroda, Tsuwano Town. In addition to serving special blended coffee, traditional folk crafts are also available. In the surrounding area there is an annex offering local cuisine and affiliated shops selling specialties and classrooms for hands-on experiences. Access to sightseeing spots in Tsuwano is easy from here, so it can be used as a base for sightseeing.

「津和野カトリック教会」の目の前で、津和野散策の休憩に最適のカフェです。津和野銘菓の源氏巻を作っている様子をガラス越しに眺めることができ、和紙人形などの郷土民芸品が所狭しと並んでいます。小豆あん、抹茶あん、白あんを１個ずつ食べ比べできる「源氏巻三種食べ比べセット」と「自家製シフォンケーキセット」が看板メニュー。令和元年に藩校養老館で行われた将棋竜王戦では、広瀬元竜王も注文されたそうです。

Besides buying the beans, you can relax with a freshly grounded cup of coffee, taking in the sophisticated atmosphere.

一人でゆったりとしたく行きました。とにかくコーヒーのクオリティが高いです。香り高く、コクもあり、わずかな酸味と、抜群の美味しさです。ほのかな甘みでふわふわのシフォンケーキと頂くと、何時間でもまったりできます。

友人に連れて行ってもらうまで、ここにレストランがあることを、知りませんでした。外装が黒色を基調にデザインされているため、一見、レストランには見えなかったのがその原因です。内部はとてもおしゃれに装飾されており、居心地が良かったです。料理の方もおいしくいただくことが出来、大変満足致しました。

Shimane Areas
