    This Japanese restaurant adjoins Aeon Mall Hiezu a 10-minute drive from the Yonago Interchange on the Yonago Expressway. Situated in a corner of the Shinsen Ichiba fresh fish market in the parking lot, the restaurant serves vaunted seafood cuisine made with the freshest fish. The self-service style restaurant has a cheery and lively atmosphere. The restaurant's exquisite, hearty, and popular Mix-don rice bowl is topped with an abundance of tuna, sailfin sandfish, shrimp, squid, and sea urchin. You can choose the amount of rice you get, from extra-large, large, regular, and small, and no matter what time of year it is, lines of waiting customers often form out the door. The Jo Kaisen-don seafood rice bowl is topped with whatever seafood could be stocked that day and is popular as the seafood rice bowl with the most variety of seafood toppings.

    開店と同時に着きましたが、既に店内にはお客さんが、待ち受けに名前を書いて待つ事に、開店前にはお店の前に行列だったそうで、開店を早めたそうです。 これは期待が持てる！ 待つ事30分、カキフライ定食をオーダーして約10分程度でやって来ました。 牡蠣が10個、ご飯は少し柔らかめでしたが、 これで1150円は納得して貰えると思います。 成人男性でちょうど良い量です。 並ぶ価値はあります。

    角盤町にある和食のお店。 割烹とありますがそれほどかしこまった感じではなく、 比較的カジュアルに食事ができるお店です。 私は、お取引との会食で訪問しました。 1階はカウンター席中心で、2階に座敷席があります。 コース料理を食べましたが、特に魚料理がとても美味しく、 ボリュームもかなりありました。 全体的に料理のレベルは高く再訪したいお店です。 後日、ミシュランにも掲載されたと聞きました。納得です。

    １人で行って、カウンタで飲むのが私のいつものスタイルです。 大将が、オススメの品を紹介してくれるので、いつもそれを美味しく頂いています。１人用で刺身を盛り合わせてくれたりもするので、大変助かります。 チェーン店の居酒屋と比べると、ややお高くはなりますが、満足して帰れる良いお店です。

    角盤町の中では、アッパータイプのお店です。 会社の同僚と訪問しました。 海鮮はいつも通り新鮮で、お酒が進みました。 2階は座敷席もあるので、会合などで利用されている方も多いようです。

    食べログを見て皆生温泉では美味しくて有名なお店であることを知りました。GW中に来店だったので予約必須でした。上握り、鯨の竜田揚げ、富山の白エビの揚げ物、地酒の千代むすび、赤出し、本当にすべて美味しくて大満足でした。温かい接客も心に残りました。また行きたいです。
