"The aquarium is located next to ""Tottori Port Seafood Market Karoichi"" near Karo Port, west of Karo-machi, Tottori City, and offers ""see, touch, and experience"" exhibits and hands-on events with different themes each season. From May to October, many families enjoy playing barefoot in the outdoor wave pool."

At this facility standing on the Tottori Sand Dunes, you can have fun learning about nature and human activities in the area, including about the plants and animals which live on the dunes, and the history of the relationship between people and the dunes. In the Sunakura dome theater, you can watch a stunning movie about the dunes.

Located in Kokufu-cho, once the cultural heart of ancient Inaba Province, the museum introduces the history of the Inaba region and poets connected to the area such as Otomo no Yakamochi. "A museum located at the foot of Mt. Utsubukiyama with its tales of heavenly maidens, about 20 minutes by car from Kurayoshi Station. In a modern building with white walls and a shed roof, the museum is split into art and history sections. There are exhibits on local history and culture. The entire premises, including the waterways in the courtyard, symbolize Kurashiki's cityscape. In 1975, it won the Building Contractors Society Award. In addition to displaying the work of local writers such as Maeta Kanji and Suga Tatehiko, they also hold public commendation projects and feature exhibits. Maeta and his peers are known as ""Local Treasures,"" and this is a special chance to see their work up close."
