- "This ryokan inn is located a five-minute walk from the climbing trail for Mt. Daisen, also known as Hoki Fuji. Situated along the Miyuki Sando, the ""longest stone-paved road in Japan,"" the air of a bygone era hangs around the inn. The inn is around 100 meters from the Daisen-ji bus stop. A portion of the inn's guest rooms have views of Mt. Daisen and the Sea of Japan. The owner endeavors to create a familial atmosphere and is well-versed on climbing Mt. Daisen, and guests can ask him detailed questions about climbing the mountain. Another of the inn's merits is that it offers a full array of essential amenities, including hand towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, and yukata robes."

忙しい時期にもかかわらず急な宿泊にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。大山に初めて登ることを伝えると登り方やペースの保ち方など教えて頂き、本当に助かりました。全てのスタッフの方々がとても親切で暖かい気持ちになりました。夕食のジンギスカン食べ放題も美味しくいただきました。下山後のお風呂までいただき本当に助かりました。

温泉旅館丸茂さんで朝食をいただく、前日飲んだのでそれほど量はいらなかったが、薄い焼き魚、海苔、湯豆腐、温泉卵、漬物、おひたしというラインナップ。せめてコーヒーが欲しかったが普通の朝食でした。ご飯はふっくらして美味しかったです。

乳児共の家族旅行の為、和洋室か二間続きの広い部屋希望でした。希望の部屋でした。オフシーズンの平日ゆえ我々のみでゆっくりできました。食事は心のこもった料理でおいしくいただきました。天然かけ流しの温泉は非常に熱く相当の覚悟で入りましたが私以外は入浴できませんでした。あとでホースをお借りし水をいれ入りました。貸し切りでないと無理でしょうね。宿の造り、部屋の造作等気に入っています。お奨めの宿です。
