    This special observatory train runs through the foothills of Mt. Koya, a world heritage site, on the Nankai Koya Line between Hashimoto Station and Gokurakubashi Station. Passengers can enjoy the views as the train runs between the mountains thanks to enhancements including an observation deck, special seat layouts, and oversized windows. Rice balls made with rice cooked in a traditional kitchen stove using an iron pot are available for purchase at Kudoyama Station. Meanwhile, Koyashita Station offers accommodations inside its modified station building. (The special train Tenku does not stop at Koyashita Station)
