    イカの天かすが入ったハイカラ麺を注文しました。 甘みの強い醤油味のスープで、和風醤油ラーメンというよりも独特の風合いを感じました。 具は天かす以外は焦げ目のついた炒め白菜。 好みの分かれる味だと思いますが、好きな方にはあうラーメンかと思います。 私は少し甘さが気になりました。

    ゴールデンウィークで宝塚に住む友人を訪ね、広島に戻る際に使用しました。小さなPAですが、飲み物やいろいろなお土産などもあり、休憩にはぴったりだと思いました。

    何度か寄ったことのある店で、うかいや丼は以前からお気に入りでした。 今日は妻がうかいやそばを注文しました。 店名の入っている看板商品なので当然にうまかった。 お勧めってことですよね。 そばは日本そばではなく中華系のそばでした。
