    "A ""yoshoku"" Japanese-style Western food restaurant located a little ways south of Nada Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The restaurant's signature tenderloin katsu breaded beef cutlet is made with thick, juicy tenderloin and is served with a demi-glace sauce slow stewed from calf bones, beef tendon, and pot herbs. The establishment's full menu of ""yoshoku"" favorites also includes hamburg steaks and deep fried, breaded shrimp with the heads on. The restaurant's Kinumusume rice is grown on the chef's own family farm. The establishment also puts great care into its beverages."

    This brew pub and restaurant is in Kirin's Kobe Factory in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. You can reach it with either a free shuttle bus or regular bus from Kobe Electric Railway or JR Sanda Station, getting off at the Kirin Beer Kobe Factory stop. They serve renowned Kirin brews straight from the factory, including their special Ichiban Shibori Premium, Kirin Braumeister, Heartland, and Lager. Their menu features meals that go great with the libations, such as beer simmered beef stew, hamburger steaks, and Hyogo Yukihime brand pork brochettes.

    This bistro is located along a narrow alley just off of the Suidosuji shopping street. The venerable bistro, which has a focus on meat dishes, has been in business since 1948. Guests can enjoy full-course meals with high-quality meat entrees in the casual atmosphere of the hideaway-like restaurant. It has a reputation for offering dishes that let you thoroughly enjoy the flavor of meat. These include appetizers such as their homemade roast ham and roast beef as well as ramen served in the flavorful broth left over after eating shabu-shabu. The diverse lunch menu includes items such as hand-formed hamburger steaks served with a demi-glace sauce as well as choice Japanese Black beef shank steaks and diced steaks.

    JR摩耶駅から徒歩10分くらいの場所にあります。とても上品な肉で、コースに焼肉やすき焼きが入ってました。ワインの種類も多く、やはり肉には赤ワインが合いました。
