- BACKEREI BIOBROT is a popular bakery not only with local residents but also with people from far and wide, so much so that oftentimes they are sold out by early afternoon. Here you can get some healthy, safe and great tasting bread which is made with 100% organic whole grain flour hand-made on a stone mill. All other ingredients are mostly organic and additives are not used at all. It is about eight minutes on foot from JR Ashiya Station and about nine minutes on foot from the Hanshin Electric Railway Uchide Station.

土日もやってるランチがコスパ高くてお気に入りです。ロースとんかつ880円は味噌汁と小鉢2種、漬物が付いてます。とんかつはほんのりにんにくの香りがして揚げ方も上手なのでとても美味しい。ご飯は大盛りもできますので男性も大丈夫。冬はカキフライなどもあります。

パン粉を使った品のいい串あげ屋さんです。晩ごはんセット（ご飯味噌汁サラダ付き）が種類が豊富で、串カツや海鮮串カツなどを選ぶと1人飯でも十分楽しめます。 私は串揚げ4本とカツのセットでしたが、しっかりお腹いっぱい。くどくなくイイですよ。また来ます！

阪急塚口で食事をとる事になり、和食をリクエストしたら連れて行ってもらった一店。 鯨のハリハリ、赤身の刺身、牛肉の陶板焼き、海鮮サラダ、他かなりの注文をしたが1人5000円弱とコスパ良好、味も合格。
