"A Jiro-affiliated ramen restaurant located on the first floor of a building close to Nishinomiya Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line. Easily identifiable by its front sign consisting of large white characters on a light blue background, one of the establishment's biggest draws is its huge ramen portions. Inside, the spic and span restaurant is adorned with handwritten leaflets, engendering an inviting atmosphere. Even the restaurant's ""regular"" sized ramen weighs in at 300 grams and the bowl is practically overflowing. In addition to the standard large tonkotsu pork bone and soy sauce ramen, the restaurant offers lunchtime only menu options as well as limited time menu choices twice a month. Customers order by first choosing and purchasing an appropriate meal ticket from a vending machine; the restaurant employs a unique system in which customers attach differently colored clothespins to their meal ticket if they want to change the amount of noodles they will get."
