    神戸ラーメンが食べられるお店を探していきました。駅から近く、お店の場所もわかりやすいです。トマトラーメンは、少しピリ辛で、トマトチリヌードルを思い出しました。美味しかったけれど、チャーシューの脂身が多かったのです。

    西神中央には時々行きますが、ラーメンを食べたくなるとこの店しかありません。東灘の岡本にもこのチェーン店があり行ったことがありますが、同じくとんこつのクリーミーなラーメン。「特盛」はねぎ、チャーシュー、煮卵などすべてのっていますが、ラーメンで1000円払うのは・・・という思いもありました。

    名谷や西神中央に挟まれて学園都市BRANCHに行くことはなかったのですが、初めて行きショッピングの帰りにこの店で昼食を食べました。妻は白湯、私はとんこつとミニチャーシュー丼のセットで２０００円でおつりが少し。残念だったのはスープがぬるかったこと、麺を十分温めていないのでは、さらにチャーシュー丼のチャーシューがごはんの味気なさとあいまって、のっけただけ。きっと作る人の思いが不足しているのでしょう...

    神戸っ子にはおなじみのラーメンたろう 通称らーたの須磨店です。 キムチはいつでも食べ放題でかなりレベルが高いです。 店内はいつも清潔で接客もアジも文句なしです。
