Their array of seasonal sweets includes matcha and tofu chiffon cake, baked strawberry tarts, and traditional anmitsu desserts with everything from the agar gelatin to the brown sugar syrup made by hand.

11月初旬、紅葉にはまだ早く小雨で少し寒い日に行きました。 こたつに足を入れてお蕎麦とおにぎりとわらび餅を頂きました。 ガラス戸からは外の景色が見え囲炉裏もありゆっくり寛げます。 朝一番開店と同時に入るとさほど混んでいません。 どっしりとした藁葺屋根は見応えがあり日本の原風景を感じます。 トイレも綺麗で近くには猫の飾りもあるので機会があれば又訪れたい一軒家です。

篠山市役所の近くにあります。 丹波篠山の黒豆や栗を使った大福など、地元の食材を活かした和菓子が人気です。 四季折々の季節限定の和菓子やお茶会で使うようなお菓子もありました。 2階にはギャラリーと茶房があり、抹茶で和菓子を楽しむことも出来ます。
