    This hamburger shop is in the Roadside Station Uzushio on Prefectural Route 237 Fukurahei, Minamiawaji City. Their burgers feature local Awaji beef, onions, and seafood. Their Awaji Island Onion Beef Burger and Awaji Island Onion Gratin Burger won first and second place respectively in the National Burger Grand Prix taste offs. They also have side dishes and even soft serve ice cream that incorporates Awaji Island onion.

    "A handmade hamburger shop. Dedicated to the concept of creating burgers which nobody would call ""junk food,"" the restaurant serves handmade, additive free burgers. Customers can choose between two varieties of beef patties-Japanese black beef and Kobe beef. In addition to standard toppings like cheese, bacon, fried eggs, and avocados, the restaurant also offers homemade chili beans and blue cheese. There's also a stunning burger on the menu which consists of a Kobe beef patty topped with sliced Kobe beef steak."

In addition to standard toppings like fried eggs, cheese, and avocados, customers can also add foie gras to their burger. Further, alongside standard ground beef patties, the restaurant also offers a variety of other burger fillings, including shrimp and Kobe beef steak and tsukune meatloaf.
