This hamburger shop is in the Roadside Station Uzushio on Prefectural Route 237 Fukurahei, Minamiawaji City. Their burgers feature local Awaji beef, onions, and seafood. Their Awaji Island Onion Beef Burger and Awaji Island Onion Gratin Burger won first and second place respectively in the National Burger Grand Prix taste offs. They also have side dishes and even soft serve ice cream that incorporates Awaji Island onion.

Located at the tip of Awaji Island, as part of the Michi no Hiroba, in view of the Naruto Whirlpools is this burger joint. The indoor eating area is really in disarray. Our table was so sticky...

This well-established steak house that is located a three-minute walk from Sannomiya was founded in 1885. Ever since then they have been particular about the quality of their meat, and they also have good quality, thoroughly marbled Kobe beef on hand. The soft steak that has a texture which almost seems to melt in one's mouth is an exquisite masterpiece that allows the diner to thoroughly enjoy the umami flavor of the premium meat. The lunch options that allow guests to enjoy Kobe beef and other carefully selected beef at reasonable prices are popular. With its classy yet relaxed atmosphere, many patrons use this restaurant for anniversaries or special occasions.

I know there are several steak restuarants in Kobe and it might be worth trying something different but this place was amazing. The chef put on quite the show and knew exactly what we wanted. All...

A pizza restaurant operating out of a renovated old Japanese home situated amidst the lush mountains of Sasayama; the establishment can easily be identified by its large brick oven outside. The restaurant's authentic, Italian-style pizzas, baked in the aforementioned brick oven, are made with an aromatic, chewy homemade crust, flavorful cheese and sauce, and the choicest ingredients. The restaurant's most popular menu selection is the reasonably priced, weekday only lunch set meal, which includes pizza margherita, salad or soup, and your choice of soft drink. The restaurant's two varieties of pasta, made with vaunted sauces; and bacon and slow-boiled egg Caesar salad, are also popular.

This is an old teppan-yaki restaurant established in 1945 in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. As a famous restaurant said to be the originator of the teppan-yaki steak, they have maintained the same flavor from establishment until now. As for beef, they use only A4/A5 rank Japanese Black beef from Kobe and elsewhere. The steak, prepared before customers’ eyes on the iron plate at their table, has a rich melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Seasonal vegetables and the tender lobster are also popular options. From the glass-sided interior one can look out over the Kobe nighttime scenery, and is therefore used often for anniversaries and dinner events.

"A multinational bistro restaurant. The restaurant's name is derived from the word ""nomad,"" and just as this implies, the establishment offers a free-roaming menu of dishes not beholden to any one genre or country made with Kobe beef and vegetables grown locally in Nishi Ward. A Kobe beef steak restaurant. The restaurant's Japanese modern design gives it a laid back, relaxing atmosphere. Seating consists of semi-private booths, making it easy even for families with children to dine here. The restaurant's steaks are rapidly grilled at high temperature on gridirons over high grade ubame oak charcoal from Wakayama. The restaurant also serves dishes made with firm, tasty meat from Kobe Matsukaze chickens, a local chicken variety. The establishment has a reasonably priced lunch menu which makes it possible to enjoy Kobe beef without breaking the bank.
