This hamburger shop is in the Roadside Station Uzushio on Prefectural Route 237 Fukurahei, Minamiawaji City. Their burgers feature local Awaji beef, onions, and seafood. Their Awaji Island Onion Beef Burger and Awaji Island Onion Gratin Burger won first and second place respectively in the National Burger Grand Prix taste offs. They also have side dishes and even soft serve ice cream that incorporates Awaji Island onion.

Ever since then they have been particular about the quality of their meat, and they also have good quality, thoroughly marbled Kobe beef on hand. The soft steak that has a texture which almost seems to melt in one's mouth is an exquisite masterpiece that allows the diner to thoroughly enjoy the umami flavor of the premium meat. The lunch options that allow guests to enjoy Kobe beef and other carefully selected beef at reasonable prices are popular. Various dishes such as pasta, sushi and pizza which have been freshly made in the open kitchen stand lined up on a long buffet counter. The Paella which contains plenty of seafood is a popular dish and depending on the season, the red snow crab is available as all you can eat. The chocolate fountain desserts are also popular. This is an old teppan-yaki restaurant established in 1945 in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. As a famous restaurant said to be the originator of the teppan-yaki steak, they have maintained the same flavor from establishment until now. As for beef, they use only A4/A5 rank Japanese Black beef from Kobe and elsewhere. The steak, prepared before customers’ eyes on the iron plate at their table, has a rich melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Seasonal vegetables and the tender lobster are also popular options.
