    Located on the second floor of the Mosaic building in the Kobe Harborland umie mall a five-minute walk from JR Kobe Station or Kobe Municipal Subway Harborland Station, this official shop is a showroom operated by long standing snack company Calbee. Here customers can select from among four different flavors of potato chips, one of Calbee's staple products, and enjoy fresh chips straight out of the fryer. The Soy-sauce and Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce flavor, created with assistance from the Oliver Sauce company, can only be had here at the Kobe shop. The shop also offers other fresh made snacks like Poterico Salad, the most popular hot snack selection; as well as soft serve ice cream and drinks.

    商業施設「モザイク」の2階には、キャラクター関係のお店がたくさん出店していますが、その中の一つが「カルビープラス」です。日曜日ということもあり、家族連れの姿がたくさん見られました。中学生くらいの友達同士の姿も多く、人気ぶりがうかがえました。

    This cafe is at the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway's Awaji Service Area. It's a great place for a light meal or dessert while enjoying the view of Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Their popular cream puffs feature a crispy cookie dough crust stuffed with lots of cream made with local Awaji Island milk. Other popular desserts packed with local dairy include their soft custard and soft serve ice cream.

    高松空港から関西空港に向かう途中のバス休憩に寄りました。出来た頃に友人とバイクで来た頃に比べてオシャレなスポットになっていましたが誰もが食べていたシュークリームは食べてみても高いなあと思いました。

    The owner of this yakisoba and okonomiyaki restaurant, located in the underground shopping arcade San Plaza in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, was brought up in Nagata Ward. It’s a famous restaurant for teppan-yaki dishes such as sobameshi (rice and soba noodles) and omusoba (soba noodle omelet) said to have originated in Kobe, and is often talked about in the media too. The signature dish is the bokkake soba-yaki (soba noodles with beef tendon and konjac), famous in Nagata. This downtown street food is a perfect blend of old-style thick noodles with carefully grilled beef tendon and konjac. They also serve other unique dishes such as a Nagata-style modan-yaki (okonomiyaki with a layer of fried noodles), and steak sobameshi.

    魚の棚商店街にある店舗でした。平日の昼時に明石焼きを食べる為に訪問したのですが、店内は混み合っており少し待つ羽目になりました。着席後にオーダーした後は驚く程早くサービスされ、常に作り置きされているようでした。その為、肝心の明石焼きがあつあつでは無く少々がっかりしてしまいました。

    マクドナルドがどうしても食べたくて、行きました。レジの方は忙しくてイライラしていたのか、あまり感じがよくなかったですが、フロアでお客様対応をされていた方はとても感じが良く、高齢者の方が立ちっぱなしで待たれていた際には椅子を持っていったり、目線を合わせて話したりと、客観的に見ていてもとても好感が持てました。
