    A long-established store with more than 60 years of history specializing in roast pork. They sell their legendary slow-roasted pork from a location in historic Nankinmachi. It's made from carefully selected fresh pork marinated in a secret sauce for 24 hours before roasting; get some and feel like a real gourmand. The pork is flame-roasted in a special oven to ensure it cooks evenly. The color is uniformly beautiful color and the pork's famous for its meaty goodness. Their homemade intestine-stuffed Chinese sausages and jumbo pork buns are great for eating on the go.

    カヌレお目当てで訪問しました。カヌレの型は大きいサイズです。外はもっちりしていますが、大きい型なのでどうしても中心部分がベチャッとしてしまいます。フランスでカヌレを頂いたことがないため、どれが本物なのかはわかりませんが。

    立地条件も良く色々な店舗からも近くて利用しやすいです。ゴールデンウィークで混むのかメニューがいつもより絞られていましたが、久しぶりに食べたので美味しかったです。ベジ特から弁当を頼みましたが、唐揚げもジューシーで、ご飯の炊き上がりも良く美味しくいただきました。5月6日までメニュー絞られてますが他にも色々なメニューあります。
