- A soba noodle restaurant located in Tarumi, Nose Town, Toyono County, Osaka Prefecture. Surrounded by the lush natural beauty found in the lowland areas between the mountains of Nose, the restaurant serves noodles made by hand using only homemade noodle flour. In addition to a la carte soba noodles, the restaurant also offers noodle sets which include local dishes made with seasonal vegetables, and course meals which come with two to three varieties of soba noodles.

- This is a long-established udon (wheat noodle) restaurant that originally opened in the “Kuromon Market”, known as the kitchen of Osaka, currently operating in Kitashinchi, the downtown area of Kita. The noodles used are as thin as toothpicks yet firm, and go perfectly with the strongly flavored and aromatic bonito soup stock. The most popular dish on the menu is “Kakiage Tempura Udon” (mixed vegetable tempura on noodle) which is only offered for dinner. The clear taste of the “Ume konbu udon” (plum and kelp noodle) is popular among female customers. The elegant Japanese style interior has an atmosphere that makes it easy for even women to enter alone. The nearest station is Kitashinchi Station.

It is like a little hideaway with its unique and original interior and dishes made by the owner. The soba noodles are all made with 100 percent buckwheat. Customers can enjoy five types of smoothness of the noodle as well as different textures and flavors. A galette made from buckwheat flour which you can eat with a knife and fork in a refined manner is also served.

讃岐うどんチェーンの丸亀製麺の支店です。神崎刀根山線沿いにあります。鉄道では行きにくく、車が必須です。昼ごはんの時間帯は大変混雑しており、道路まで並びます。時間をずらした方がいいでしょう。

チェーン店のセルフ形式のうどん屋さんです。 昼時に行ったら混み合っていました。 店は車じゃないと行きにくい場所にあります。 まずは並んでうどんを注文。 それから天ぷらなどサイドメニューを選びます。 明太釜玉うどんを注文しましたが麺がしこしこで美味しかったです。 ただ野菜のかき揚げ天ぷらはちょっと粉っぽい感じでイマイチでした。 親子丼もまぁ普通のレベル。 やっぱりここはうどんが一押しですね。

肉うどんに小盛りの親子丼 セットメニューで言うと、他人セットです お出汁の味わいが深く、麺もツルツルでも腰がある バランスの取れて非常に美味しかったです 伊丹に乗り換えで時間が有るなら 乗り換えで立ち寄るのも有りな駅からの近い立地もgood!

Great soba. If youre looking for a light meal whether it be lunch or dinner this is the place. Theres a nice view at the windiw seat but i couldnt get a seat there.
