This is a commercial facility next to “Universal Studios Japan (USJ),” with a number of restaurants, shops, and hotels made to look like a street from Hollywood. In addition to restaurants and fast food shops where visitors can enjoy gourmet from all around the world, the food theme park where you can eat and compare Takoyaki (octopus dumplings), a specialty of Osaka, is also popular. There are also many shops selling souvenirs of Osaka, busy with tourists on their way home from USJ. The nearest is Universal City Station.

This is an indoor entertainment facility located on the third floor of the Osaka Bay Area commercial facility “Tempozan Marketplace.” It was built as a facility for children to have fun with their families, and there are ride type attractions on the theme of Lego and a 4D cinema. There is also a classroom where visitors can learn how to make Lego works by professional Lego creators, a play zone, as well as a reproduction of Osaka city is in Lego blocks, and an attraction is that visitors are able to be entertained according to their age. A tour cruise ship operating in the bay area in Minato Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The ship’s dock is located near the Tempozan Harbor Village mall and Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Modeled after the Santa Maria, Columbus’ flagship when he set sail to journey around the world, this sailing vessel, popular with children, is about two times the size of the original. During their journey, riders can enjoy views of bay area sights like Maishima and Universal Studios Japan. The twilight cruise (reservation required), which sets off with the setting sun, is particularly popular.

We took the sunset cruise and had a great experience and view of the Osaka har our during sunset. It’s free with Osaka Pass.

This super-sized public bath is located inside the Mag's Suminoe amusement complex, directly outside the Underground Yotsubashi Line's Suminoe Park Station. The hot spring's best feature is its enormous garden open-air bath. Each week, the men's and women's baths alternate between the Mori no Tsubo bath, created with stones which came down the Totsukawa river, and the Chikurin bath, which is surrounded by a bamboo forest. The natural hot spring's water is hypotonic, weak alkaline, hot water, which comes from 700 meters underground and is said to be effective for promoting good health and for muscle pain. There are also relaxation facilities including body care and beauty treatment available. It is possible to re-enter the baths afterwards.

The Tempozan Ferris Wheel is located in Tempozan Harbor Village in Osaka’s Bay Area. When it opened to the public in 1997, the wheel, which has a height of 112.5 meters and a diameter of 100 meters, was the largest ferris wheel in the world, and consequently attracted a great deal of interest. During the 15-minute ride, visitors can enjoy magnificent views of the Kinki region, including the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Kansai International Airport, Mt. Rokko, etc. The Tempozan Ferris Wheel has four see-through cabins with transparent walls and a transparent floor, which are very popular with young people and tourists. The spacious fishing park has enough room for around 400 people to go fishing at the same time. Approximately five minutes' walk from the Nanko Port Town Line's Nakafuto Station, this gallery is on the first floor of the sporting equipment manufacturer, Mizuno's head office. Sports-related exhibits line the walls, with everything from official Olympic posters from the Meiji period to the present day, to uniforms of baseball players in the late Taisho period, to leather gloves from the early Showa period. There is also a corner where visitors can touch models of equipment currently being used by present-day athletes.

A swimming pool and ice-skating rink in Yahataya Park, in Osaka. It was moved from Ogimachi Park to Yahata Park in 1996, due to its deteriorating state. The two-story, circular building holds a 50-meter pool, approved by the Japan Swimming Federation, a diving pool and a 25-meter secondary pool. The main and diving pools are open from the beginning of May until the end of September, and the secondary pool is open all year round. In the winter, the main and diving pools are used for ice skating. Also open to beginners, are a variety of school programs including swimming, skating and stretching.
