    This is a Japanese style restaurant specializing in Chinese soup noodles and is located around a five-minute walk away from Temma Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line. This old-fashioned traditional ramen shop has a snug appearance, and is a popular store which has been introduced in the media many times and often has queues of people. They use plenty of fish soup stock, to which they add a carefully selected meat based soup stock to make a Japanese style soup with a light flavor. The signature dish is the “Salted Chinese soup noodles” with combined salted soup. “Iwashi (Japanese pilchard) soy sauce soba” of thin noodles in a rich soup made from boiled Japanese pilchards and the limited volume rich flavored “2004 Edition Chinese soba” are also popular.

The store is one of a retail chain of stores featuring a rich kotteri soup, made by trial and error by the creator, Tsutomu Kimura. The delicious rich ramen soup flavor is made from chicken broth and a dozen types of vegetables. The menu includes other traditional dishes such as light ramen noodles and a new sensation ramen Aji-gasane that you can alter the taste by adding condiments.

    以前、道頓堀店に行ったことがありましたが、こんなに高かったかな？！とビックリしながらも、美味しく頂きました。しかも、替え玉ハーフ（150円）も追加してしまいました(笑)。 入口で食券を購入するタイプのお店ですが、座席に着いてからでも、追加注文可能です。支払いは全て現金のみでした。

    2020/3/14（土） 扇町公園の近く、扇町通沿いに天下一品の東梅田店があります。 お昼前のまだ客入りが少ない時間帯を見計らって、こってりラーメンをいただきました。入口はやや狭いですが、店内は意外に広いです。 店員さんは念入りにアルコール消毒液であらゆるものを拭いていました。その努力に頭が下がる思いです。 久しぶりのこってりラーメンは美味しゅうございました。
