    This Japanese confectionary shop carries over 40 varieties of confections, including its signature sake manju buns as well as popular mitarashi dango dumplings, jumbo-sized kintsuba flour dough sweet bean cakes, hanabotamochi, yakimochi, and other namagashi fresh Japanese confections, as well as rikishi monaka wafer cakes, hatsushimo pancake sandwiches, kuri manju chestnut buns, mikasa, and other Japanese confections perfect for giving as a gift. The mitarashi dango dumplings, which are broiled to order, are particularly recommended.

    “Whity Umeda” is a well-established kushikatsu (skewers of fried food) restaurant located in the underground shopping area directly linked to the Umeda Subway Station. It is a popular store where you can enjoy hot fried kushikatsu casually, and every day many people visit seeking the traditional taste that remains unchanged since founding. In addition to the classic beef and pork, onion, and seafood skewers, monthly original skewers also appear on the menu. The fritter-like crispy texture is delicious. In the restaurant there is a counter to stand and drink as well as table seats making it an easy place to drop in for a drink alone or with friends for a party. Please, no double dipping in the sauce.

The store sells signature Dojima Rolls, roll cakes consisting of an original recipe whipped cream which harnesses the flavor and fragrance of raw cream from Hokkaido, wrapped in a moist cake dough. The shop also sells fresh sweets like cakes and baked sweets such as baked cheese cakes and the Dojima Castella, an Osaka exclusive.

    I saw this recommended by 1 of the TV show. After I tried it myself, I just find it nothing special and I dont think I would go again. I think the company should make sure they have the same quality...

This is a confectionery shop which sells Kameda Seika “Happy Turns” confectionery as gifts. Of course there are many different varieties of flavors, and the cute attractive packaging is eye catching. The display which also feel high-class, looks totally different from what one would also usually see. There are various flavors of Happy Turns such as strawberry, salted butter and camembert cheese, you would also be delighted with some as a souvenir or gift.

    A traditional Japanese sweets shop in Sonezaki-Shinchi. Come try their ohagi (mochi covered in adzuki red bean paste) straight from the main store in Toyonaka. Large and smooth Hokkaido dainagon adzuki red bean paste is used to cushion fluffy millet mochi. They also have roasted soy flour millet mochi with roasted soy flour straight from Kyoto, and their Hakata Jokyu soy sauce mitarashi millet mochi all show off the flavor of Japanese ohagi sweets. Warabimochi (jelly block covered in sweet flour) is also available.

    持ち帰りのお店です(^^) すぐに売り切れる事があるので早めに行った方が良いです(^^) 開店時間が遅く、16:30オープンなのは有り難いです(^^) 並んでても、比較的早く順番が来ます(^^) 「木の実のおこし」絶品です!(^^) それ以外でも、おはぎやかりんとう、何でも美味しいです(^^)

    美味しかったです。普段このような菓子パンはあまり食べないのですが、ちょいとだけお腹に入れたくて買いました。外のパンがフアフアでよい香りがして中のアンコもよいバランスと思いました。
