    Kindai University Fisheries Laboratory is a joint restaurant with Kinki University, which is known for research into cultivation of Bluefin tuna, and Dynac Corporation. You can enjoy dishes using fresh fish delivered directly from Kindai Fisheries Laboratory and ingredients produced in Kishu. It offers cultivated fish such as flounder, red sea bream, yellow jack, yellow tail, and great amberjack as well as Kindai Tuna. You can enjoy a range of menu items such as stew and grilled dishes as well as sashimi (raw fish). There are also limited menu items using the rare cuts of Kindai Tuna depending on the day. A banquet set meal and the lunch menu as well as a la carte dishes are also popular. The closest stations are Umeda Station and Osaka Station.

    北新地という場所柄とても落ち着いていて、接待やちょっとした会にちょうどいいお店です。値段は張りますが、雰囲気いい個室で越前ガニづくしのコースを頂きました。お刺身も甘くプリプリで蒸し蟹も食べやすかったです。焼き物として甲羅が出てきて最後はお鍋の〆でお腹いっぱい満足できるコースです。日本海の本場で食べるよりは味は落ちますが、大阪で本格的な越前ガニを食べれるにはいいお店だと思います。
