昨日は江戸川の不味いひつまぶしを食べて大変な思いをしたので次の日は当たり外れが少ない中華を選択。海鮮五目麺とレタス炒飯。これは外れ無し。周囲のお客様は大抵はランチ定食を召し上がっていましたが、一様に安心し切った顔付に見えました。塩加減や火の通り方も問題なし。二人でそれぞれをシェアーして食べましたが良い味でした。

イオンモール京都桂川の2階レストラン街にある横浜中華街の支店です。梅蘭やきそばをいただきました。パリパリに焼かれたそばに、あんを挟んであります。このような焼きそばは普通ないので驚きました。スプーンが焼きそばの下に差し込むようにしてあります。このスプーンを使って、パリパリ麺をスプーンで仕分けます。味はちょっと甘めで好みじゃないです。
