Everything from raising the cattle at the establishment’s own farm to the processing and sale of the meat is handled directly by the establishment. The establishment’s butcher shop sells Omi beef cuts and foods like Omi beef misozuke and side dishes. The adjoining restaurant serves sukiyaki, shabushabu, teppanyaki, steaks, beef stew, Hamburg steaks, and Omi beef bento box lunches.

    近江牛を味わえるレストランも併設された精肉店。レストランは、休日の食事時は満席で、外で皆さん並んでいました 精肉店では、お肉のほかにコロッケやメンチカツなども売っていて、店舗横のベンチに座って頂けます。こちらは並んでいません。 コロッケは普通のタイプと甘口のすき焼きコロッケがありました。どちらも揚げたて、衣がサクサクで美味しかったです。

    初めて行きましたが値段の安さに驚きました。 ガッツリ食べたい人には最高です、22時過ぎにお店に入りましたが、店員さんもキチンと対応して下さり良かったです。

    近江牛を使ったメニュー。種類も豊富。 すき焼き丼を食べました。 すき焼きにしても味の濃いタレに負けない近江牛の旨味をしっかり堪能できます。 ドリンクバー等もありゆっくりできる場所だと思います。
