    "This is a Shiga Prefectural theater specializing in the performing arts. In addition to the main hall with the largest class four-sided stage in western Japan, there is also a medium hall for stage drama and a small hall for smaller indoor concerts. Placed in a beautiful location on Lake Biwa, the theater is praised highly by international artists coming to perform in Japan. The hall has been selected as one of the ""hundred best halls"" in Japan by the Sound Engineers & Artists Society of Japan. A variety of performances, predominantly opera, ballet and classical concerts, are regularly held."

    子供のチアダンスの発表会で訪問しました。 開演前に各フロア回りましたが、4階は傾斜もあり、舞台からも遠いので、イマイチかと思います。 待合からすぐ近くに琵琶湖も眺めること出来ました。

    This performing arts center in Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture hosts a variety of performances, lectures, exhibitions, and other events. Some of its facilities include large, medium, and small concert halls as well as an exhibition room, a rehearsal room, and a music studio. In addition to hosting various special exhibits, the exhibition room serves as a place for the creative activities of local residents.

    ＪＲ栗東駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所にある会館です。ホールに入るまでの外のエントランスも開放的で広く、綺麗です。

    Just a 10-minute walk from the Minami-Kusatsu Station, this cultural hall just opened in 2015 after being moved from the Shiga Prefectural Residents’ Sozo Hall, to Kusatsu City. Created to provide a place for the Kusatsu citizens’ cultural arts to be promoted, the hall houses one of the few stages with special functions, and an exhibit hall The hall, seating 737, is used for performances of music concerts, ballet, theater, and traditional Japanese art forms. You can get support from professionals for acoustic and sound work. The facility also has exhibit rooms, practice rooms, and a brightly lit glassed in lounge. There are also concerts and events hosted for children and parents also.

    ピアノの発表会や成人式の式典などで何度も利用しています。 大ホールは300人以上は収容できるような立派なホールです。

Visitors to Shiga prefecture are almost always hopping east across the prefectural border from Kyoto, and they are almost certainly Lake Biwa-bound.
