Close to Ise Jingu Shrine and Okage Yokocho, it's in a convenient spot for those who want to visit the shrine and walk about Ise in a kimono. They offer a variety of traditional Japanese clothing, including homongi semi-formal and long-sleeved furisode kimono, designer kimono done up to suit individual tastes, kimono with cute patterns, and yukata cotton robes. Reservations aren't required to take advantage of their Premium Plan with new models and patterns to choose from, their affordable Nadeshiko Plan, and more. They'll hold your baggage for free (take your valuable with you) and returning the kimono the next day doesn't incur additional fees.

Mie Areas

around-area-map

Spread across the eastern side of the Kii Peninsula, Mie prefecture boasts hundreds of kilometers of pretty coastline comprising the oyster-rich Toba city and Shima National Park all the way down to Kumano, a city that marks the beginning of part of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, which runs into neighboring Wakayama prefecture. However, Mie is best known for the Ise Jingu Shinto shrine inland, one of the oldest and largest shrines in the country.
