Their Pearl Latte is popular and contains ground pearl, said to be good for beauty. Take-out is also available.

    This café is located on the first floor of the Ise Tourism and Culture Hall, just a short walk from Kintetsu Ujiyamada Station. The interior has a slow paced, relaxed feeling with white walls, wooden furniture, and green houseplants. Their expansive drink menu includes black teas, Chinese teas, and a coffee blend with a refreshing aftertaste. They offer sweets and snack as well. Whipped cream and homemade black tea jams top their popular fluffy chiffon cakes and scones. Live music and other events are held here irregularly.

    時間調整のため夕刻、久しぶりにお邪魔しました。ホットコーヒーをお願いして、宇治山田駅を望むソファに座って文庫本を片手にのんびりと。こちらは様々な形や材質の椅子やテーブルがあって面白いですね。 (残念なこと)最近、周りの迷惑顧みず大声で喋る迷惑なひとが増えました。老人が多いようです。ここでも迷惑人が入ってきて、不快でした。お店は客を中々選べないしね。

    This classical Japanese house styled café is in the Okage Yokocho area near Inner Ise Shrine in Ise, Mie. Everything from the classic look to every seat gazing over the Isuzugawa River lends to the soothing atmosphere. Both their rich, bitter, exquisite dark roast coffee, and their mellow light roast, made in genuine Nel drip coffee makers, are very popular. Their roll cake, made with Japanese Wasanbon sugar, available in a combo dish is highly praised.

    This place serves nice coffee with an excellent view from the window. You can see the staff making coffee. I enjoy the view while having coffee.

    Café Wakaya, located five minutes’ walk from Uenoshi Station on the Iga Line of Iga Railway, is a café in a renovated building which has been designated as a Registered Tangible Property of the Taisho period (1912-1926). The white-based shop has a relaxing atmosphere with a very high ceiling. From the second floor where you can see Iga Ueno Castle, you can enjoy healthy dishes using ingredients from Dengakuza Wakaya, which is a well-established local cuisine restaurant in the same city. In the attached variety goods shop, there are exhibitions and workshops by active local artists from time to time.

    上野市の忍者フェスタに孫を連れて参加しました。好天で暑くて休憩に訪問しました。 建物の外観は、戦前の銀行を思わせるシックな雰囲気の外観でとても印象的です。 中の雰囲気も落ち着いて好印象。コーヒーを注文しましたが美味しかったですね。器も店主さんのこだわりが出ていて好印象。また訪れたいお店です。ちなみに2階は、雑貨コーナーです。

    This cafe is located at the entrance to Ise Jingu Shrine's Geku Sando in front of JR Iseshi Station. The name of their shop includes a play on the word terrace, which is similar to the Japanese word terasu, meaning to light up. They want customers to feel free to drop in by providing a place that lights up the heart while at the same time offering a place of relaxation, their open terrace. You can drink your coffee there or inside the shop. Their creations include mild Mizudashi Coffee brewed over an extended period that goes great with sweets and aromatic Sumiyaki Baisen Coffee hand dripped one cup at a time. In the adjacent Amami Kobo they make and sell sweets like Ise Shinsen's head chef's rich sponge cake.

    伊勢市駅前の便利な場所にあり、列車までの時間を珈琲でものみながら休憩。まずは席を確保し、注文するが結構時間がかかった。時間がかかった割にはごく普通の珈琲だったので、ドトールがあれば2杯飲める価格だった。

It's earned the nickname Mori spaghetti, and is so renowned people come from other prefectures just to get a taste. It consists of fluffy eggs laid on a hot iron plate and topped with Neapolitan style spaghetti and wieners. People often order Mori spaghetti with banana juice, to the point that it's become their standard drink.

    伊勢が地元の人に聞き込み調査を行った結果、モリスパは絶対に食べておいたほうが良いと言われました。 ナポリタンではなく、オリジナルなスパゲティです。優しい味が美味しいです。

Housed in a refurbished factory, they have large windows and there's a view of the sea from the table seating area. They offer healthy dishes like yakuzen curry and brown rice balls. Their music hall has some feature of the Taisho Period, and the shop's proprietor, the musician Yabuki Shiho, sometimes performs. Generally, it's only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but they'll open the restaurant for groups and take reservations for musical performances on other days, too.

    This Hawaiian cafe is about 15 minutes by car from Ugata Station. It's in a white building right beside Kou Beach that you can't miss. Take a step inside and you'll find a lively room with a Hawaiian sensibility. They serve loco moco, orange chicken, garlic shrimp, and more. Whatever you get will be colorful and come in large portions. Their Pancake Tropical Mango comes smothered in mango sauce, and their acai smoothies and tropical drinks are popular and make great photos.     This cafe is like a secret hideaway about 10 minutes on foot from JR Kintetsu Matsusaka Station. It's in a renovated old kominka house that used to be a watchmaker's shop. It has a simple, relaxed atmosphere with unpretentious antique furniture. The only food they serve is curry soup. The roux is prepared with fresh cream and the curry has lots of vegetables. They also have homemade cake, coffee, and tea. Whatever you get, it will be excellent.

    食事のメニューは野菜たっぷりのカレーのみ、あとはデザートです。スパイシーな大人向けのカレーでした。静かでオシャレな雰囲気のカフェなので大人同士か一人でゆっくりするのに良いです。

    The is an old-school cafe with colorful models of their food in the showcase in front of the shop. Spaghetti and coffee are the main items on the menu. Lots of their pasta features seafood, including their Umi-no-Sachi Pasta and their pasta with ume plum and heaps of Toshijima Island shirasu (young sardines). Another popular item is a local sandwich known as the To-burger, with Toshijima Island octopus mixed with their house sauce topped with nuts in a hot dog bun.

    This Japanese tea cafe uses tea from Ise. It was created with the desired to have customers taste Ise tea brewed in a truly delicious way. Enjoy the uniquely prepared Ise cha, with tea leaves steamed two to three times more than ordinary sencha (steamed green tea), rich with umami components and astringent. They also have a full selection of manju, yokan (red bean jelly) and cheesecake that goes well with tea. There are even senbei rice crackers, chiffon cake and soft-serve ice cream seasoned with the flavor of tea.     This old warehouse cafe is in a renovated warehouse that was built more than 150 years ago. Located along the Isuzu River northwest of Iseshi Station, the building matches the surrounding private homes and blends into the feeling of the neighborhood. Jazz music plays as the background music of the shop, and stucco walls and beam ceiling are all relaxing. This cafe gives you a place to escape from the outside bustle, and provides an exquisite atmosphere to stop by while sightseeing or out on a stroll. The menu offers mainly items using local food ingredients. The names rooted in the local area such as Nakamura-san no ko-hi- (Nakamura's coffee) and Yubaya-san no tonyu (Yubaya's soymilk) also add to the originality of the cafe.

    This hidden-away cafe with white tones is situated quietly among trees. Located at the intersection of National Route 422, the Iga Corridor Road, and Prefectural Road 674, it is attached to Gallery yamahon. The interior is also white, giving it an unusual and calm atmosphere. Since you must remove your shoes before entering, it gives the feeling that you are visiting a friend's home. The most popular item, their rare cheesecake is characteristically smooth with a refreshing mouthfeel. Many repeat customers visit from afar for the flavor that can only be gotten at the cafe.

    ちょっと行きにくい場所にありますが、本当に素敵な作品ばかりが並んでいます。伊賀焼の作品だけではなかったです。このギャラリーがもっと近くにあったらなぁと思いますがこの場所だからこそ成り立つ雰囲気なのかも。

Spread across the eastern side of the Kii Peninsula, Mie prefecture boasts hundreds of kilometers of pretty coastline comprising the oyster-rich Toba city and Shima National Park all the way down to Kumano, a city that marks the beginning of part of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, which runs into neighboring Wakayama prefecture. However, Mie is best known for the Ise Jingu Shinto shrine inland, one of the oldest and largest shrines in the country.
