    The Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens are located within Higashiyama Park in Nagoya City, and are divided up into three zones comprised of a zoo, botanical gardens, and an amusement park. The zoo is home to approximately 500 types of animals ranging from popular creatures such as elephants, giraffes and koalas to killifish. Complete with a corner to enjoy feeding and petting of animals, the zoo attracted attention in 2015 for its very handsome gorilla, Shabani, who was said to be “too ikemen” (a colloquial phrase for “hot guy”). The botanical gardens which display approximately 7,000 types of plants allows visitors to come in contact with nature in the large greenhouse and around the gentle walking course. The amusement park is popular among families with many attractions costing between 100 and 300 yen.

    Wow! Such an incredible zoo. So many things to see it takes all day. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to charge more for the tickets. Costs only 500 Yen --should be 3 or 4 times...

    A park, considered one of Nagoya’s best, which first opened in 1909. Also selected as one of the 100 best places in the country to view cherry blossoms, in spring, some 750 cherry trees come into beautiful blossom. The park’s rose garden is also planted with some 1,400 rose plants comprised of 120 varieties. With areas such as an iris pond and bigleaf hydrangea promenade, the park is filled with flowers and green plants. The park’s paid area has a dome-covered platform where musical performances are held, Kakukakutei teahouse, and small theater stage erected in memorial of universal suffrage. Seasonal events are also held here, like the Spring Green Bazaar.

    A historical museum which first opened in 1977. The museums standing exhibit on the history of Owari Province presents the history of Nagoya from the Paleolithic to the modern era. The museum also holds special exhibitions featuring amazing cultural assets from Japan and around the world. In addition to its exhibits, the museum also holds lectures, workshops, and other events. The museum’s frequent hands-on historical seminars teach children even as they have fun. Night Museum events have also become a tradition and are packed with touches which help visitors enjoy an evening at the museum even more.

    We went to visit the museum today and several qualities made it a major disappointment. First, a wholly unfriendly staff. It had a very awkward atmosphere and we were followed closely by a guide who...

In addition to planned exhibits of the collection, they also have a high definition television showing video commentary in their audio visual room. The Tamesaburo Memorial Hall is located about three minutes on foot from the museum.

Some 2,300 cherry trees grow on the park's grounds and the park is a renowned destination for cherry blossom viewing in spring. During the blooming period, the park is filled with visitors come to enjoy the flowers. There is also a cemetery on the park's grounds occupied by the graves of historic personages such as the samurai Hirate Masahide, attracting history buffs.

    鶴舞公園内にある、レトロな建物でとても風格があります。 コンサートなどで利用した事が何度もありますが、劇場も高級感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。 いくつか会議室もあり、講座や会議なども行われ、休憩スペースもあります。 夜はライトアップされていて、公園内でとても綺麗に輝いています。

    入場無料なのでフラッと訪問。 あまり期待していなかったが、世界最古のミシン等が展示されたり、どのように動くかを動画で見ることができ、たいへんよかったです。体験コーナーもあり、お子様連れでも楽しめます。

    パロマ瑞穂スポーツパークは、名古屋グランパスのホームスタジアムであるパロマ瑞穂スポーツパークがメイン施設ですが、野球場もあります。 瑞穂運動場東駅が最寄り駅ですが、瑞穂運動場西駅や新瑞穂駅からでも歩けるし、周辺の自然の豊かさもあるので、全体としてのゆったり感もあると思います。

    普通の公園です。しかしつばめのねぐら入りが見れる。凄い数て帰って来ます。一回見ればいいかなと思います。テレビで報道されていなければ今の時期人多くありません。9月中旬過ぎたらいないかも。
