    Ever since this department store located within the JR Central Towers connected directly to JR Nagoya Station opened in 2000, it has attracted customers with its excellent access and extensive merchandise. In the shopping floors which span from the second underground basement floor to the eleventh floor above ground are a wide range of fashion shops from top tier brands to casual fashion, as well as Tokyu Hands. In the restaurant section of floors 12 and 13 visitors can try Nagoya’s famous dishes as well as beautiful cuisine from around the world. The view from the Panorama Salon on the 51st floor is also a must-see.

    A shopping mall located inside the JR Gate Tower terminal building which just opened in 2017. Each floor of the mall is connected to the adjoining JR Central Towers building. Some 150 establishments operate in the mall, including fashionable clothing stores, boutiques, and restaurants. Each floor has a different theme and men and women of all ages can enjoy shopping here. The mall also has a full array of facilities and services, including multipurpose toilets, nursing rooms, powder corners, and rest spaces.

    This complex facility is located in Nakamura Ward, Nagoya City. The 36-story high-rise tower building has offices on the sixth to 29th floors and the Nagoya Prince Hotel on the 31st floor upwards. The lower floors contain a selection of restaurants and shopping floors for food and interior design among others. As a new attraction in Nagoya, the majority of visitors are local people.

In addition to shops offering fashionable miscellaneous goods that are casual and unique, bookstores and Tower Records, there is an official merchandise shop for the popular anime ONE PIECE. The basement food section offers a complete lineup of gourmet Nagoya side dishes such as tenmusu (onigiri with shrimp tempura filling), and Gozasoro is a popular oban-yaki shop that draws a line of customers.

    This department store located above Meitetsu Nagoya Station is comprised of two buildings; the Main Building and the Men's Building. It is famous for being the home of Nana-chan, a giant mannequin that serves as a meeting place for many visitors to Nagoya Station. In addition to stores that carry a wide variety of trendy fashion items, there are also stores that carry everyday items.     The Dai Nagoya Building was originally completed after five years of construction from 1960 to 1965 as part of the recovery after the Ise Bay Typhoon. The building was rebuilt and had its grand opening in 2016, and currently boasts a lineup of 74 restaurants and shops. It is also a very convenient place with clinics and schools, and is located approximately three minutes on foot from JR Nagoya Station.

The bakery makes and sells breads crafted with select flours from around the world, seasonal ingredients, and French bread making techniques. In addition to standard croissants, the Matcha An Butter Croissants, only offered here in Nagoya, are also popular.

    I stopped by here for a pastry and tea twice over my 24 hour stay at the local hotel. Service was excellent and the pastries were so delicious with a cup of hot tea. I loved sitting and watching...

    金曜日のお昼時間に行きましたがお店の隣の駐車場は空きがありました。店内にはテーブル席が数席また、入り口の横に小さなスペースにはテラス席があります。日差しが多少当たり時期により気持ち良いです。チョコレートを使ったケーキが美味しいです。また、テイクアウトの方が多く来ていました。
