    An observatory tower adjoining Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Kameiri Tashiro-cho, Chikusa Ward, Nagoya City. The tower was erected in 1989 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the creation of Nagoya City. 134 meters tall, the tower's observation deck 100 meters above the ground offers visitors a sweeping view of Nagoya. There is also an observatory restaurant on the top floor.

    An outdoor observation area extending from floor 44 to 46 in the Midland Square skyscraper in front of Nagoya Station. Visitors can get a 360 degree panoramic view of Nagoya from 220 meters above the ground. At night, touches such as mist spraying and wall lighting are added to further enhance the surrounding nightscape. A model of Midland Square is also on display here.

    This place is same as any other viewing tower. Not too bad and you have to pay to go up. If you want to save ¥700, just go to 15F at JR Gate Tower, and buy a coffee at Starbucks. You get to sit...
